What is a Sandbox in Mindfulness?

A sandbox is an isolated and safe programming environment (mindfulness/approved space).

Here, you let a process, a thought or a representation of a part of yourself (IFS part) "execute" and you monitor what possible warnings or errors the system throws (body, emotions).

However, you don't just find problems in the "code" here. In this space, you can also observe the optimal performance of these parts, finding their ideal way of running, or even discovering their very core function.

All of this happens without risking the main branch — your own life and your tangible relationships.
